Our welding process is distinguished by the precision of its execution and rigorous compliance with standards. We have a control system in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 3834-2 standard.

Our operators all hold valid welding certifications.

Specifications and procedures
We possess 27 WPS and 23 WPQR, allowing us to work on a wide range of materials, from classic S235 and S355 steels to high-strength and wear-resistant special steels (such as Weldox and Hardox).

Non-destructive testing (NDT)
We guarantee the integrity of every part through ultrasonic testing (UT), magnetic particle inspection (MT), liquid penetrant testing (PT), or X-ray (RT), performed to identify any possible internal or surface defects early on.
